Blazer Jobs is now hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time district-wide position supporting students in Riverside, California. This opportunity involves working across school sites and collaborating with educators to support K12 students mobility and functional needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess student needs and deliver school-based physical therapy services.

Develop and track IEP goals in compliance with state and federal education guidelines.

Consult with educational staff and families to implement therapy strategies within the classroom.

Maintain accurate service logs and documentation.
Requirements:

Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Active California Physical Therapist License through the Physical Therapy Board of California.

At least 1 year of professional experience in a pediatric or school-based setting.

CPR/BLS certification preferred.
